Our CTO, Dimiter Shalvardjiev, presented our progress in the Machine Learning domain during ISTA2017 last week.
The topic of his talk: “Making Sense of Big Data through machine learning and statistical modelling”.
Dimiter shared general Machine Learning concepts, loads of examples by companies like Google and Alibaba, but also our subject matter expertise – mainly in maximizing sales.
The most grabbing part might have been discussing architecture decisions (we are using Azure’s ML) and improvement opportunities going forward. The presentation contains a lot of examples of other implementations too, like a reference article on the usage of big data by Heineken.
