Why we started Code Runners
After years of building data platforms and engineering systems inside large organizations, we kept seeing the same pattern: companies drowning in data but starving for insight. Talented teams buried under legacy tools, manual processes, and vendor lock-in. Decision-makers flying blind because the data they needed was trapped in silos nobody could connect. We started Code Runners in 2012 because we believed there was a better way. A small, focused team of specialists who actually understand data — not just the technology, but the business problems it should solve. A team that builds things to last, documents everything, and leaves clients stronger than they found them. We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the team you wish you'd found sooner — the one that genuinely cares about your outcome, not just the engagement.
